Ten on Ten

I'm back from my blogcation! This week I was really happy to get all ten photos for this month's Ten on Ten. It had been a long week; Toby got a stomach bug so we were deep in the trenches of poop and puke. Poop I can handle, puke not so much. By the time the 10th rolled around The Tobes was on the mend, all though a little low energy. It was nice to have a day of snuggles and taking time to notice the beauty around me.

2. I finally got around to trying coconut oil blended in my coffee. It was actually pretty good, it tasted like a latte.

It's been a while since I linked up with Rebakah for Ten on Ten. I didn't get all ten photos, and I kind of cheated and used pics from the 11th but oh well; here's some snippets from the weekend.

Ten on Ten

So I'm off by a day linking up with Rebekah and everyone else, but it was still fun to stop and notice little things during my day.

1. Toby playing in his Cruisin' Coupe.
2. Derek got to stay home from work today so we to spend some extra family time togher.
3. Some pretty pink flowers that have managed to hang on while in my care.
4. Adorable mini pumpkins I picked up at the store.
5. Candy Corn need no explanation other than they are a staple in Autumn.
6. Artsy looking apple peels.
7. Apples peeled, cut, and ready to be turned into Apple Butter.
8. Playing peek-a-boo with Watson.
9. Some clothes and boots I purged from my closet. It was hard to let go of some of my faves, but it's exciting to think that I'll be replacing them with new faves.
10. A pair of Toby's old shoes I found while cleaning. It's hard to believe that this time last year his feet fit into them.

Ten on Ten

This was my first time linking up for Ten on Ten, and it was really cool. It made me stop and actually notice things and I feel creatively fulfilled for the day. I think I'm a little inspired, I want to go and make something now. Thank you Rebekah! Can't wait for next month.

5. On the road. Toby and I went to visit my sister-in-law and help her with a project...

7. Pretty clouds. Shortly after a monsoon drizzle rolled in.

8. Took Toby outside to enjoy a little rain sprinkling.

9. This lovely flower (which is hanging on to dear life due to my lack of care) looked like it enjoyed the rain.

10. Toby found a rock, like a true boy.
