Summer Outings

As I was saying, hey! How's it going, friends? Sorry I was gone for a while. Hope all is well with you peeps.

Last week my mom called and said that she knew a lady who was giving away extra tickets to a local water park, Breakers. I haven't been there since before I met Derek, and it sounded like a great outing for Toby. He must be going through a developmental growth spurt, because I cannot find enough activities to keep Toby entertained. Any time we find something that fulfills the entertainment order and is also free- I'm so there. But I digress...

If you live in Tucson or decide to take a visit in the Summer (which I would not particularly recommend; unless you want an idea of hell might be like...), you should really check out Breakers Water Park.

WARNING: Lots, and Lots, and LOTS of pictures are in your future should you choose to stick around. This was one outing where I managed to have my act together and remembered to bring the camera. I think I went a little click happy. Yeah, you've been warned.

We tried the kiddie "waterfall" but Toby was starting to get shivery so it was time to take a break. But not before Mom snapped an awesome pic of me...

We spent three hours at the park and it was so much fun! Toby had a great time.
