New Year Winter Wonderland

Happy New Year everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season filled with love and laughter, and of course yummy things to eat. After a busy holiday time we decided to keep our New Year's Eve low key; we had a few friends up and played a really fun game. Then- surprise- we got snow! It's super rare to get snow in Tucson, but it was a real treat getting snow on New Year's Eve. The next morning the snow was still covering everything so Derek went out to capture some of the leftover beauty. This was also Toby's first cognisant experience with snow; we had another snow storm a couple of years ago when we first moved into our house, but Toby was only about 10 months old and probably doesn't remember much about it. Well, he got to make lots of memories this time!
